Twisted Tapestry Double - and a Giveaway!

I finally made some time to try the rubber stamping techniques found on CD#6 from Technique Junkies. These 2 cards feature the Twisted Tapestry Double technique. What's great about this is that you get 2 distinctly different background papers from the one technique.

The technique calls for Mica Magic or Brilliance reinkers. I don't have either of those, but I do have Opalite reinkers (in every color), so I decided to try it with those. The resulting colors are more subtle because Opalites are interference colors, but beautiful nevertheless. The downside is that these inks took about 2 days to dry!

The technique also calls for black glossy cardstock, which I used, but I will try it with matte cardstock next time ... and there will be a next time.

Leave me a comment on this post and your'e automatically entered to receive these 2 cards ... for free! I will select a winner using a random number generator. Be sure to include your email address so I can get in touch with you.
